To meet the urgent deadline and stringent color requirements, Gahumi implemented a highly efficient workflow. We prioritized the color sampling process, working diligently to produce and submit the required color swatches for client approval within an expedited 2-day period. This proactive approach allowed us to significantly shorten the pre-production phase compared to standard orders. This rapid turnaround on samples ensured that the mass production phase could commence swiftly, allowing us to manage the complex logistics of producing 20,000 units within the remaining tight schedule.

Our clients benefit from lower manufacturing costs and time-to-market volume production through over 300 highly qualified staffs and the 3 manufacturing facilities, total 5000 sqm factory, including raw material center, sewing center, full-auto printing center, assembling center.
